1. Services

AbacusWalla provides educational and skill development services including but not limited to: Abacus, Vedic Mathematics, Coding, Robotics, Handwriting Improvement, Olympiads and Talent Olympiads, Career Guidance and Counseling, Aptitude and Psychometric Assessments, Workshops, and Training Programs.

2. Registration and Payments

Users must provide accurate information during registration.

Enrollment, Olympiad participation, assessments, and counseling services are confirmed only after successful payment, where applicable.

We reserve the right to revise fees and service charges at any time.

3. Study Materials and Intellectual Property

All study materials, worksheets, videos, assessments, reports, logos, content, and teaching methodologies are the intellectual property of AbacusWalla.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or modify any material without prior written permission.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during online and offline sessions.

5. Olympiads and Assessments

Participants registering for Olympiads, Talent Olympiads, competitions, or assessments may receive study materials, practice resources, certificates, rankings, or awards as applicable.

Once study materials or digital resources have been provided, registration fees are generally non-refundable.

The decision of the organizing and evaluation committee regarding results, rankings, awards, and certificates shall be final.

6. Counseling Services

AbacusWalla may provide career guidance, educational counseling, aptitude assessments, psychometric assessments, mentoring, and related advisory services.

Counseling reports and recommendations are intended solely for educational and advisory purposes and do not guarantee admissions, scholarships, employment, business success, or specific career outcomes.

7. Refund Policy

Course fees, registration fees, assessment fees, and counseling fees are generally non-refundable once services, study materials, reports, or digital content have been delivered or accessed.

In exceptional cases, transfers or adjustments may be granted at the sole discretion of AbacusWalla.

AbacusWalla strives to provide high-quality educational and counseling services. However, we do not guarantee specific academic, competitive, professional, financial, or career outcomes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AbacusWalla, we are committed to providing high-quality educational, Olympiad, assessment, and counseling services. Due to the nature of our programs and the allocation of resources, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

1. General Policy

All payments made towards courses, Olympiads, Talent Olympiads, assessments, counseling services, workshops, study materials, kits, and digital content are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

By making a payment, the user acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Courses and Training Programs

Once enrollment is confirmed and classes have commenced, course fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided due to:

• Change of mind
• Non-attendance
• Personal schedule conflicts
• Academic workload
• Relocation
• Technical issues on the user's side

3. Olympiads and Assessments

Registration fees for Olympiads, Talent Olympiads, competitions, aptitude assessments, and psychometric assessments are non-refundable once registration is completed.

No refund will be provided after study materials, practice papers, digital resources, assessment reports, or related content have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or shared.

4. Counseling Services

Fees paid for counseling sessions, career guidance, mentoring, aptitude testing, psychometric assessments, or report generation are non-refundable once the assessment process, report preparation, appointment scheduling, or counseling service has commenced.

5. Study Materials and Digital Content

Fees paid for books, kits, worksheets, PDFs, videos, LMS access, downloadable content, and other learning resources are non-refundable once dispatched, delivered, accessed, downloaded, or shared with the user.

6. Batch Transfers

Requests for transfer to another batch may be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to seat availability and management approval.

Approval of any transfer request shall be at the sole discretion of AbacusWalla.

7. Cancellation by AbacusWalla

If AbacusWalla cancels a course, Olympiad, workshop, counseling session, assessment, or event and no suitable alternative is offered, the Company may provide a refund, credit note, rescheduling option, or transfer at its discretion.

Where a credit note is approved, it will be issued to the user's registered email address within 2 business days of cancellation and will remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

8. Duplicate Payments and Approved Refunds

In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error resulting in excess payment, the additional amount will be refunded after verification.

Any approved refund shall be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
